Tokens/Counters

A token or counter either able to be put on a character or just nameable world counters on the main screen or a button with a popup that shows tokens so if there is a progression, or other things that might get worse or keep ramping up with each token it can be counted and read by at least players but ideally also the ai.

Like a lives left could be a counter or ultra specific statuses with custom progressions.
