Bug Report: Unexpected X,Y Coordinate Prompt in Character Creation (Third Character)

Issue Description: During character creation, after successfully creating two characters without any location prompts, the system now demands X and Y coordinates on the third attempt. Error message: "Missing Input: expected int, received number - Missing: X, Y". The map is not set, and no previous characters required this input. I've tried clearing cache, logging out/in, and starting fresh sessions, but it persists. This seems like a bug triggered after multiple creations, as location shouldn't be needed yet.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create first two characters normally (no coord prompts).

2. Attempt third character creation.

3. System prompts for X,Y coords unexpectedly, leading to the int/number error if not provided correctly (e.g., blanks or decimals).

Expected Behavior: Character creation should proceed without location inputs until a campaign/map is assigned.
Impact: Blocks new character creation, preventing campaign start.
