Summary

Across multiple campaigns, the system has repeatedly failed to maintain continuity, follow instructions, and preserve map/state integrity. These issues have made normal play unreliable and have significantly disrupted gameplay.


Primary Failures Observed

1. Context & Instruction Blocks Ignored

  • GM repeatedly ignored explicit instructions.

  • Over 15 consecutive reminders in one campaign to not update campaign info, yet updates continued anyway.

  • Adventure structure regularly overwritten or altered without request.

2. Location & Position Desync (Frequent)

  • Party members placed in incorrect or impossible locations.

  • Characters separated despite moving together.

  • Combat maps repeatedly desynced mid-fight.

  • Required multiple manual resets.

  • Initiative order and adjacency errors.

  • Examples:

    • Being prompted for turns after combat already ended.

    • Adjacent enemies incorrectly identified.

    • Tokens placed off-ship when entire party is on the Going Merry.

    • Repeated “reset everyone” requests required.

3. Narrative Continuity Breaks

  • Story not staying on track to any single adventure.

  • Crew members, actions, and events mixed up.

  • Scenes restarted or contradicted.

  • Enemies respawned after defeat (e.g., duplicate Sea Kings).

  • Wrong arcs/locations injected randomly.

4. Technical/System Instability

  • Hundreds of “can’t load / retry” errors.

  • Frequent scene reloads.

  • Forced retries.

  • Disconnections mid-session.

  • Occurs across:

    • Desktop

    • Tablet

    • Phone

  • Confirms not device-related → system/platform side failure.

5. GM/Engine Behavior Problems

  • Repeatedly asks for actions when turns are invalid.

  • Runs combat after declaring victory.

  • Requires constant corrections from player.

  • Requires repeated OOC fixes to maintain basic state.


Impact

  • Significant loss of time.

  • Constant interruptions to immersion.

  • Sessions stalled by troubleshooting instead of gameplay.

  • Multiple campaigns rendered unreliable/unplayable.


Expectation

Immediate:

  • Stable map synchronization

  • Persistent context adherence

  • No unsolicited campaign edits

  • No duplicate spawns or resets

  • Elimination of load/retry errors

If these issues are not fixed by tomorrow ~4:00 PM Central (US), I will request a refund due to unusable service and wasted time.
