Switching to known causes my custom cleric sidekick to have unknowable spell.

My custom cleric sidekick keeps getting true seeing as a Lv 6 known spell though they can only cast up to 5th level spell. I tried to switch class to true cleric and get it off—but it switches right back after I change classes.
