Savage Attacker Feat doesn't work

When applying Savage attacker feat (advantage over damage rolls), it seems like the AI automatically registers the advantage into a d20 damage roll instead of the normal 2d6 damage roll, even though the die I used is specifically a 2d6 damage roll dice.
