Rogue - Arcane Trickster spell progression

Noticed when I created a level 3 rogue (arcane trickster) that while I was able to choose cantrips, I was locked out of learning any level 1 spells. Not sure who maintains these subclasses. But the official spell progression of this subclass should be allowing 3 prepared level 1 spells, with 2 daily level 1 spell slots.
