Quality Drop since One-Shot

Franz seems to have trouble keeping things relevant to the current situation. It seems like since the One-Shot update, he is more geared towards those than a full campaign. I can tell his quality has dropped immensely since that update, just in keeping up with what is going on and keeping things relevant. This really needs some work to stem frustration because I quite enjoy the system and the game as a whole, but it makes it hard to do anything past one or two quests or encounters before Franz gets off track or makes ridiculous overtures that are not relevant or make no sense in the context of things and that used to not be the case when I subscribed after the Combat Update. I loved the storytelling and interaction that he provided then, and it felt really good, and now I just have to constantly correct him to keep him on track, sometimes multiple times for one scene or message, and that gets tedious and frustrating.
