promo discount bug

Hi, I just tried to subscribe to your game and accidently added the wrong postal code to my payment. I just moved and am retrying to enter my payment information correctly, but am being denied entering the promo code for 75% off the first month to tryout the game. I would appreciate a refund for the 75% discount on first months purchase since this seems to be a bug and I am going ahead and purchasing a subscription anyways.
