Problems with languages

Recently, Franz has almost completely stopped working properly in languages other than English. I've encountered this issue in Russian and German. When these languages are selected, Franz becomes extremely slow. Empty lines of responses from Franz appear, and NPCs almost stop talking. The most common problem occurs when Franz describes what an NPC is doing, followed by a colon at the end of the description, followed by an empty response from the NPC. At the same time, in the next paragraph, he continues with his response from the first paragraph, which the player did not see.

In general, Franz's performance in other languages besides English has become noticeably worse than it was in the summer (Franz performed well in other languages during the period from June to August).
