Pop-up or modular window bug

Hi! Almost every pop-up or modular window on my Macbook Air M1 looks like this (see attachment). I need to scroll it down to do what I want. It’s very annoying and uncomfortable. I’d be appreciated if you will fix this on the future. Thanks!
