Out of combat Franz's update character sheet

Out of combat, HP updates, status effects update, slots resets, transaction money are not 100% working , the npcs are not constantly asking money for item, most of time they are but not everytime (which I want to buy stuff with the money in game, I don't want to have them for free, immersion purpose always)
