NPCs are randomly appearing

Sorry I didn’t snag the IDs, this happened yesterday. After a battle a random NPC will just appear and Franz treats them as if they’ve been part of the group for the entire run. Less often, an NPC will just appear and speak with the group out of nowhere with a lot of missing context, as if Franz is starting a plot from a midway point.
