There is a consistent issue with Franz (existed with Franz 1.0 and still present in 2.0) where character knowledge is entirely not respected.
Scenario 1:
I speak to NPC A, they give me some information.
Later I encounter NPC B who is completely unrelated to NPC A.
NPC B will frequently start talking about things NPC A told me like they were present for the conversation, or worse, sometimes they think that they are the one who gave me the information that NPC A provided.
Scenario 2:
Me and a companion NPC are doing something. I decide to use a spell to read the thoughts of some NPC (not the companion’s), as soon as Franz tells me what I see in the mind of that NPC, my companion starts responding to it like they know exactly what I read even though they were neither included in the mind reading magic, nor did I even have a chance to tell them what I saw.
This is consistently immersion-breaking in narrative-heavy games. I don’t know enough about LLMs to know if it’s even possible to segregate NPC knowledge somehow, but if it is, it would be a really valuable QoL improvement for games.
