NPC images and details not updating in play screen after being edited

On this pic...

...notice the details in the orange box in the play screen. That's what the app gave me when it auto-created some NPCs. I then edited the NPCs pictures and details to fit my sci-fi horror setting (green box at right).

But the NPCs images and details in the orange box aren't updating after I come back to the play screen after editing and it's jarring to see an orc there when it's clearly a human (or should be).
