Notification when it's your "turn"

Some sort of notification (sound, e-mail, push notification etc) when it’s your turn to act, whether it’s when Franz prompts your character to respond to another character, or when it’s your turn to act in combat. Without this Async play can be super slow as people have no awareness when they are holding things up.
