Noticing a lot of repetition

When working on a campaign, when having the AI generate stuff it seems very very repetative, and unable to follow certain commands, for example, when I try to make gritty cynical fantasy classes, it always describes them in heroic terms rather than the cynical one Im going for.

Furthermore, NPCs seem to be the same green eyed, tossled hair, with barely any variety in appearance, skin color, etc. and repetition of names.
