Narrative Plan

I understand the need for the narrative plan. Right now i think it overrides the story way to much.

I think alot of this is just because its dont by turns. Next turn plans are just too quick.

Perhaps remove that it give us the option to make custom fields. Personally i think a outstanding plot points would work better maybe with a randomiser dice on when it happens. But for an immediate fix changing the format layout would be nice. Perhaps just remove the words next turn plan from the standard layout
