My Review of Friends and Fables

I not really good at going indept with reviews this actully the first one Ive made. So far its pretty good at storytelling except when ai forgets half the story but thats an ai problem for now.

Pay access: You get a pretty good free trial last basicly a day but your are forced into paying if you want to keep going. There is many ai sites that do this and I am not a person to pay monthly for an unfinished product... But I understand that you need to make a living or profit and a way to do that is through this. Just a way of letting you know this review only come from playing the free trial.

Stats and stuff: While it resembles dnd, its missing a lot, stats do affect rolls. The problem comes from race and class(I only played warlock so I mainly talking about it.) The races allowed do not seem to do anything from what I can tell. This is same for warlock since there is no patron system or class buffs. This can be solved by just telling the ai what your race and class grants but ai has really bad memory(this goes for all ai currently that I know of but this one pretty good so far). You can also give yourself a patron by telling the ai to give you one or that you have one. The problem is why even include a class and race select if it does nothing and you have to tell the ai what your race does and class even does. Why not also include a usesless background box too. (example: noble, spy). The game does not have many spells or cantrips from dnd which is wierd since all you need to do is copy what they do from the internet.

Appearance and other stuff: the charachter are great as they are pretty spread out from being basic. It has great backgrounds and so far storytelling with given quest and milestones which is a first in my experance with ai.

Overall: I liked it and if it was free it would be better then character ai but sadly its not I hope it goes well in its delvopement
