Multi character Description

So I have a character that can transform iand its a druid. I cannot obviously do this smh. Can you please update where we can maybe connect a monster entry to that character where they have forms? I dont think this would be difficult to implement and it could be created as a spell. So have the monster form connected to the spell, the character and the monster itself.
