Missing Spell button on the bar (Combat)

The spell button is missing in combat. And Franz doesn't recognize my spell effect from the workshop. For example, I have a summoning spell named completely different and out of context (for example “Life Tree”) But Franz think the spell based on the name, not the effect and will automatically think Life Tree is a attack spell with a Tree for example. But my Spell is harmless and doesn't need a target.
