Map maker not working

When i am in the map maker and try to edit the map or a poi in the side bar that comes up allowing you to add images, descriptions ect, it will not allow me to scroll down whatsoever, which is preventing me from editing the map/poi and making me unable to scroll down to save changes, i only paid for this so i could make worlds and with this issue i am completely unable to do so. please help. also this is the only area where scrolling is an issue i have not encountered it anywhere else
