Currently when you create a character or NPC, they are automatically implemented into the world map and I don’t think that is the best idea. What if you, for example, want to give a selection of possible starting characters (in which you can only pick one), so you implement them into the world. You would not be able to do this effectively as the other not chosen characters would still be on the world map, taking up space and visual.
Additionally, when you remove the character from the map, it removes their entire character sheet and everything from the world (I accidentally did this with one of my characters thinking that it would just remove them from the map, and in doing so, I lost a good amount of progress and information for the character).
Basically, it would be nice to have the ability to create a character and or NPC into the world to keep on the backburner in case the player may want to introduce them naturally in the campaign/world and/or have options to pick between. It is just strange that you can do this with the items and even more so the monsters, but not the characters.
