Lore page folder Renaming on iPhone app

I am on my phone with world building, and was attempting to create a folder for specific continent, and when I got to making the third folder for another continent, the three little dots that allows me to rename the folder no longer shows up.

As you can see, from above that when I extend it longer downward, they’re usually in three little dots at the end of the folder for the page at the right side, but it did not appear. it only seems to appear when I’ll condense it into the two folders for magic and the world. I was wondering if there is any way to fix this or is it a problem on my end?
