Issue with Franz generating responses in Encounters

For the past few days, during Encounters, Franz often cannot generate the next reponse, and the Retry button doesn’t help. It gets an error message “Sorry, I started working on a response but something went wrong. Can you please try again?”

Tried: Deleting previous responses, editing previous reponse, asking him to rewrite or retry - it doesn’t help.

After a while, Franz manages to create the response again, but it takes a lot of tries.
