Give franz internet/web access

Though how franz' head works right now is pretty great, it gets into some trouble when you try to make him generate accurate less popular creatures from folklore and even more so when trying to start a franchise-based roleplay. And though this isn't much of a problem since we can manually add them ourselves, it gets pretty annoying when theres a lot of creatures that need to be added

For example if i were to make a monster hunter rpg and want all the monsters to be included, i have to make over 300 entries, and this is even worse with franchises like pokemon and digimon with over a thousand monsters.

My suggestion is to allow franz to access the internet and collect data from the wikis of a corresponding franchise.

This could be a toggleable feature, or even better it could be added as a generation setting where you can paste a website link so franz could collect data only from one source instead of looking through the entire internet.

I think this will also help with the problem where franz would keep generating the same npc races even though custom races were already added and franz was instructed to use them during npc generation.
