Franz Took Away My Sword

This whole campaign I've had a sword. I started with one as a Barbarian. Before battle, I even wrote that I take out my sword. After we roll initiative, Franz says I have no sword. I tell him he's wrong and he won't let me correct him! Devs, I understand that a true 'DM' makes rules and plays the game as they see fit, but Franz is an AI who constantly makes mistakes. He shouldn't argue with the human who is correcting his error, and refusing to fix it. Very frustrating. I refuse to continue my campaign until this is fixed.
