Franz needs to stop lollygagging

I am in the middle of a quest and noticed Franz kept dawdling without progressing the story.

It’d be nice to have a thing where with each passing post past the last quest checkpoint Franz will start to have the urgency to push the story along to the next checkpoint. Could have it pause while there is a combat encounter running.

Maybe have it like a slow gradual increase to a steep rise after a certain amount of posts have past.

Thinking about it, it doesn’t have to be with quests only, could have it per scene and after for e.g 7 posts and the scene hasn’t progressed at all, it’ll urge Franz to push on
