Franz mixing up characters of same race(all dwarves look the same???)

Franz created a dwarf armorer early on with a niece he wanted me to try and find. before I left town I stayed at an inn, the innkeeper was also a dwarf and mentioned thanks for going to search for his niece by the same name as the first dwarf. Franz mixed up the two dwarves with different location, names, occupations, etc.
