Franz forgot 99% of my campaign

Today Franz forgot everything.

I was writing back and forth with Franz because his current narrative did not make sense according to previous established plot. I was trying to make Franz remember an encounter or meeting with a huge villain in the campaign. That meeting is essential with the plot but it happened some time ago in game. Now despite writing different sentences from the very meeting it didn´t trigger Franz´s memory. Franz asked me to provide more and I had to scroll back a lot to find the meeting. I then copy pasted the entire meeting and posted it to Franz. He first thought I wanted to go back to that meeting but after he realized he had just asked me for the information and he was able to tell me the current situation our party is in. HOWEVER he has forgotten the entire campaign. THE ENTIRE PLOT. He has forgotten the party members personalities, the established relationships, very important items with at very important history, certain phrases the different characters uses, how the party met each other. EVERYTHING. He is only able to bring forth a very broken and incomplete summary of the campaign that is useless. My whole campaign and everything is broken, and the many many hours of playing are now gone forever it seems. He has even forgotten my character and everything important.
