Franz creates problems of trivial tasks

I am not sure this is something that can be solved, but might be better to write about it.

Franz always tries to create a story, but I think it would be better if it noticed when a situation is so simple that there should really be a clear solution and not force the player into something complicated.

Here are a couple of examples when it bothered me:
- I see a building from the street. I am looking for a place where I can enter, so I ask Franz whether any windows are open. Franz tells me that I cannot see the windows from my current position. Very weird, given that I am able to see the building, and I only do not see the windows on it?
- I decide to try and ask for help from an NPC I met yesterday. Franz tells me it will be very hard to locate them. If this happened occasionally that would be fine, because NPCs can sometimes vanish for story reasons, but this happens almost every single time I try to meet a past NPC.
- An NPC tells me that they are in search for a rare book, and a copy is in the possession of a wealthy noble and they want to plan how to steal the book. I ask why not just knock on the noble’s door, explain your motivation and ask for the book? Which is what we did in the end, because the NPC did not want to do anything illegal, so why plan a heist?

As mentioned, I am not sure whether it’s possible to fix this, but thanks anyway, if you take attention :-)
