Franz can't create a response

I’m getting the following error over and over again, sometimes multiple times per attempt. ”Sorry, I started working on a response but something went wrong with the game engine. Can you please try again?”

Deleting my event ID and pasting my response back in doesn’t seem to fix it, nor does refreshing the browser. Sometimes Franz will produce the message, and try to prompt me for a direction for the story to go, but will again produce that message.:
