Feature Request: Custom Equipment Effects System

I'd like to propose a custom weapon mechanic with passive and triggered effects not currently supported in-game.

Example:

  • Sword: If you hit the same enemy 3 turns in a row, deal +1d6 bonus damage.

    Armor: After taking 20 total damage, gain +2 AC for 1 turn.

    Boots: If you move more than 30 ft in a turn, you ignore difficult terrain next turn.

    Shield: When you block a melee attack, the attacker is pushed 5 ft away.
