Failed to generate enemies for encounter

I´ve been getting this message when I try to roll initiative for homebrew enemies that are prompted in the “interactions”. Tried a few POIs that had interactions, wich mentioned the correct name of the enemy, but everytime I try to roll initiative I get the message “Failed oto generate enemies for encounter”
