Faction Assigning

I’m trying to assign certain NPC’s to a faction however when i ask Franz in OOC mode. He will say he has “Successfully assigned these NPCS to the faction” But there faction status does not change.

Based off what Franz has said.. he cant currently assign a faction to NPCS but he gives messages that he can.
