Error when trying to create a campaign and clone a world

On larger worlds like Pollution’s Adventure, when I try to create a campaign, I get a message saying “error creating campaign. an unexpected error occurred, please try again”. I’ve tried several different devices, and the same thing also happens with Jefferson’s “The Elder Scrolls: Tamriel” world. I also get the same result upon trying to clone the worlds, except that the message then says “error cloning world”
