Error Initiating Encounter for the Unnamed NPC

The initiative roll will encounter an error if the NPC that you were about to fight or having a combat with has no name.

Unless you asked for their name first, then the initiating encounter will happen.

If the name hasn't been provided, the error will happen.

I think it's probably to prevent from having... let's just say, having multiple man that addressed with "burly man", "lanky man", "thin man" in combat system in the encounter.
