Equipped items not appearing

Equipped items are not showing, only staying in my inventory, nor being marked as equipped. I have to ask the DM what I have equipped each time to ensure they are because they do not show correctly on my character sheet. Essentially, only my starting equipment is appearing as equipped, and any found or looted items are just in my inventory, and verbally equipped by Franz. Is there a way to fix this, or a method of manually equipping/unequipping items?

This also happens with currency, where this isn’t updating, and I have had to manually enter the amount of gold, silver and copper I have each time I gain. My inventory does not update itself.
