Display problems with the App

I am having an issue where one of the characters in the party suddenly was displayed as an entirely different character. The character has the same name but is now a different race and class. Different level, different portrait, different items, different background, different appearance etc. All of this is happening whenever Franz references the character in the story. The hyperlink that is provided links to the wrong character. However my correct character is still displayed in my top right corner where you can see the party. I can click on my correct character and see all the correct inventory, xp, backstory etc. but when I click on my character to cast a spell the system can’t make it happen. After a long struggle with Franz where he kept insisting that only one id existed of my character (the fake id) he finally was able to display two separate id’s. The correct id for my character and the fake id for the new character that was just created out of nowhere. I made Franz delete the fake id and now whenever my character spoke it showed the correct portrait but it is still hyperlinking to the fake character that Franz deleted. Also my third completely different character in the party Franz is now all of a sudden unable to display correctly and hyperlink to. I hope I make sense.
