Desktop accessibility

While my iPad voiceover reads button labels, the desktop and nvda does not. Simply saying button instead of what the button is. Also when discovery, it does nit read the headings, worlds, one shots etc. could we get some updates to accessibility issues. They should be simple fixes. Thanks.
