Critical failure! Franz unable to retrieve old memories or create new memories!

Franz is not able to create new memories or find any memories at all. He describes it as a CRITICAL FAILURE. The campaign can no longer proceed. Franz can only default to get_summary_and_campaign_info and cannot access search_memories tool's. I have asked Franz to make a developer friendly report that I have created an event id for. It should in great detail describe the current problems. I sincerely hope I will get an answer. The last three bug reports I made have remained unanswered and have forced me to spend countless hours training Franz taking away from my PAYING player experience (okay went a little Karen mode there but still)…please answer me this time and not only with the bot…..
