Combat issues

Franz is very random with combat currently. He is ignoring rules, such as having an npc disengage but then both enemies still get opportunity attacks. He also had an enemy attack their boss until I corrected it. He rolled a d20 for my damage dice for a crit and then randomly gave the damage a second time multiple messages later.
