Characters changing classes and ai issues

Raphina went from a spellcaster to a rogue immediately after our first time. It was with two or three tiefling cultists and two imps and then the bartender Grom much later becomes Gromph baelin or baelen a spellcaster. And Grom is just gone. And it kept thinking they were prone when Raphina and Grom weren't. I was having fun but the ai ruined it and so I in good conscience cannot play anymore until the ai is fixed and other things are added.
