Character reputation/assumptions

It would be really interesting and helpful for character sheets too have an optional field for assumptions or known reputation, and would help characters feel part of the world. It also might be valuable to have a sort of ‘to who’ field associated with them. So you could have a reputation for everyone, but a different reputation for your friends or enemies if they spread gossip about the character etc.
