Unable to remove character from party

I can’t remove the character from party within the world>characters screen.

I can however use the remove from party from within their character sheet.

I did refresh the page after the first type of attempt to make sure it wasn’t an update issue but no change character was still in the party. It immediately updated when I did the second.
