Cannot change item quantities after update

This bug started and persists for me, for about 6 days now? Not sure why, but it seems to be Firefox Browser related. I logged in through Microsoft Edge and I can modify item quantities. I am not running any Extensions other than Adblock Plus and I disabled that on Page to test, and bug persists. Old World, New World, New Character, no work around found. Thank you for any assistance with this issue. (Referring to both items added from SRD and from Franz creating items.)
