Being able to switch from AI Model Versions.

The update with ACE had been pretty stressful so far, as I’m starting to miss the older versions as I experience less issues with Franz before the updates.

It would be nice to switch between model versions so that we can try out the new model and if it’s unstable or not preferred, we can just switch to the older versions.
