Attack not including Prof Bonus when manual button clicked

In this attack, my PC should have her +2 Prof bonus for being Level 3.
When Franz gives me a button to click, it usually includes the bonus. But if I use the Attack icon and click ranged attack and go that route, then it sometimes (always?) misses including the Prof bonus.
