Areas/POIs not properly nesting in the list

The area Liaveia is nested within the area Skyhaven Spire on the map, but not in the list. The same goes for the Imperial Academy and Skygardens areas within the greater Skyhaven area and the Blade Dancer Training Grounds in the Turqina Manor area.
