Area Snap

Pretty simple. It would be nice to have the ability to toggle an area snap while editing the shape of an area, that way when changing the shape of an area, it will fit exactly to the size of the border area (it would additionally be a toggle so you can get a basic shape down that doesn’t auto snap to the border of the closest area)

This would probably work to by showing where the closest few points are for the areas next to the current one being edited while the snap is turned on
