Allow More Control over amount of known and prepared spells

There are so many instances where a character can learn additional cantrips or gain more prepared spells. Right now, “Cantrips Known” and “Spells Prepared” in the top right on the Spellbook tab are not editable by the user. Please allow us to change both values of the “*/*” of both cantrips and spells known. I’ve also run into bugs where the “Spells Prepared” will show a number of spells “Prepared” but none are actually selected in the “Prepared” Tab further down on the left, thereby permanently limiting the number of spells a caster can use thus breaking the character and the adventure.
